Just a follow-up: unfortunately this method does not work on macs. The file 'com.native-instruments.Service Center.plist' refers to several 'hiddenUpdate' files, which presumably are invisible files, somewhere on the computer. There's no mention in the plist (prefs) file of any of the actual instruments registered to servicecenter. If you are on a Mac, the data is collected from 'Prefs' files. On a Windows PC you would: 1) Start, Run, then type 'Regedit' in the window 2) Navigate to the following:- HKEYCURRENTUSER SOFTWARE NATIVE INSTRUMENTS- HKEYLOCALMACHINE SOFTWARE NATIVE INSTRUMENTS You can browse the Windows Registry without damaging anything. Native Instruments' Mac support hasn't been the best over the years. When the migration from iTunes to Apple Music officially happened, the hardware maker took forever to support it.
